With over 13 years of experience in the financial and annuity brokerage industry, he collaborates with top industry financial advisors, helping advisors grow and develop more client-centric and profitable business models. Dustin graduated from Kansas State University in 2001 with a B.S. in Hotel and Restaurant Management. In 2011, he was recruited to Gradient Annuity Brokerage.

Beyond his professional commitments, Dustin is deeply rooted in his personal life and community. He is married to Carrie, and together they have two children: a son, Higgins and a daughter, Hadlee. Dustin is also a dedicated community member in Topeka, where he actively contributes to local initiatives.

Chris McPheron brings over 13 years of dedicated experience to Gradient Annuity Brokerage, where he excels in assisting financial advisors with their case-planning recommendations. His comprehensive approach ensures that advisors are well-equipped with the necessary tools and insights to serve their clients effectively. Chris also provides invaluable marketing and coaching support to financial advisors nationwide, helping them elevate their practice and achieve greater success.

He graduated from Washburn University with a Business Management Degree, with an emphasis on marketing. This further solidified his foundation in strategic planning and client engagement. Chris has been happily married to his wife Katie for 12 years. Together, they are proud parents to two wonderful daughters, 5-year-old Kamryn and 2-year-old Collins.

Dani Shandler brings 20 years of rich experience in the service industry, with a notable six years as a manager of a team at her last stop. Dani developed exceptional skills in quick decision-making, multitasking, and interpersonal communication that propels the Peak Team each and every day.

Dani and her husband Mike have been married for 17 years and are the proud parents of two very active daughters, Daisy and Aubrey, who are both involved in cheerleading. Outside of work, Dani enjoys the company of three beloved cats—Felix, Frank, and Margo—and finds great pleasure in crafting delicious meals and spending quality time with friends and family.
