Linda’s career in Financial Services spanned four decades and included four Insurance Carriers. The most challenging was the start-up of LifeUSA Insurance Company, where everyone needed to be innovative, collaborative, open, flexible, and contribute their time, talents and expertise to build a successful company. After 12 years, LifeUSA was purchased by Allianz SE, and merged with Allianz Life.
During her career, she held several leadership positions, being responsible for many areas including Operations, Human Resources and Technology. Later in her career, Linda co-led a team to create and develop what was the Industries, first of its kind Suitability program at Allianz Life. She brought the same innovation and collaboration, developing programs to support both the Field Marketing Organizations and independent producers, as Allianz Life Chief Distribution Officer.
Today, Linda is retired from corporate life and spends her time as a business consultant, speaker and mentor, but mostly enjoying life, be it hanging out with her granddaughters, family and friends or traveling with her husband.
Linda’s passion has always been developing people to meet and exceed the business needs and goals.
